He has coached all ages and abilities and have a track record of nurturing talent to compete and succeed at national and international levels.
A firm believer in long term athletic development, he brings a holistic approach to blend technical precision with psychological resilience and strategic planning.
Nick has progressed through the elite sport journey with my son, culminating in his successful participation at international level – an experience that deepened his insight into the balance of professional excellence and personal commitment.
His role is to work with the county’s coaches, parents and players to inspire excellence and success through clear leadership, dedication and passion for the game.
